20 years of commitment
Servathon
Sodexo’s ‘Servathon’ is another key event in our
calendar. Based on the concept of a marathon
of service, we align it with the UK’s National
Volunteering Week to boost participation and
invite colleagues to use their three days of paid
volunteering leave. Over the years, we’ve expanded
the programme to more charity partners and
included Sodexo clients and supply partners too.
Over the past 20 years through our annual
Servathon, we have:
- Engaged 1,808 volunteers
- Cumulatively volunteered 5,198 hours
- Supported 134,282 bene昀椀ciaries
Making 2025 a record year with one
of our biggest partners
In June 2025, we arranged our biggest ever
volunteering drive during National Volunteers’
Week and included skills-based volunteering for
the 昀椀rst time.

London.

chain and encourage food donations.
