Ensuring Integrity, Independence and Impact
The Stop Hunger Foundation operates
as a registered charity (1110266) under
the oversight of the Charity Commission,
adhering to the principles of independence,
transparency and accountability.
Our governance framework ensures that all
decisions are made in the best interests of our
bene昀椀ciaries, with oversight provided by a diverse
and experienced Board of Trustees.
To maintain the highest standards of integrity
and impact, both our 昀椀nancial accounts and
programme outcomes are independently audited
twice a year. This rigorous approach allows us to
demonstrate not only compliance, but also the
tangible value of our work—ensuring that every
pound raised and every hour volunteered delivers
meaningful change in the communities we serve.
Re昀椀ning our Methodology:
As part of our continuous commitment to
transparency and impact integrity, this year
we re昀椀ned our methodology for calculating
bene昀椀ciary reach. This strategic shift
ensures our data re昀氀ects not just quantity,
but meaningful engagement and long-term
outcomes. While this has resulted in a lower
reported number of bene昀椀ciaries compared
to previous years, it marks a signi昀椀cant step
forward in how we measure and deliver
sustainable impact.
By focusing on depth over breadth, we are
better positioned to support communities in
ways that truly matter by and to celebrate 20
years of Stop Hunger with renewed purpose
and precision.

100% of the funds donated to the Foundation go
directly to support charities in our communities.

administrative costs, allowing every donation to
deliver maximum bene昀椀t where it is needed most.
