As Patron, I want to uplift the voices of the
volunteers. To learn from the charities working
tirelessly to support communities. And to work for
greater impact, together.
Stopping hunger requires people to speak out.
To stand up. To give their time to do something
extraordinary. This is the true power of the Stop
Hunger Foundation, which has been a force for
good for 20 years.
Together, let’s build a world without hunger.

I have seen with my own eyes that women feed
others before they feed themselves. This sacri昀椀ce
plays out the same way in refugee camps in
Iran as it does in communities here at home. By
empowering women through food, training and
jobs we can break this cycle of hunger, not just for
their families but for the generations that follow.
When Sodexo invited me to become the 昀椀rst ever
Patron of the Stop Hunger Foundation, I did not
hesitate. Our missions are aligned. We 昀椀ght against
food waste. We celebrate female leadership. We
believe in using our skills and our pro昀椀le for a
higher purpose.
