Stop Hunger started out in 1996, when a group
of employees in the United States saw the need
in their communities. Today, Stop Hunger is
present in 60 countries, working hand in hand
with more than 300 NGOs.

Our work in the UK and Ireland
Founded by Sodexo UK & Ireland in 2005, the
Stop Hunger Foundation is an independent
charity that alleviates food insecurity and tackles
its root causes. We strive for local impact in the
communities we serve, o昀昀ering grants, hands-on
volunteering and skills transfer to a network of
charity partners who direct our support to where
it’s needed most.
